Summary

This function consists of picking, receiving, shipping and replenishment procedures. Participating in creating and keeping a clean, safe and friendly environment for all personnel.

Summary

Spectra Premium Industries, a leading North American Auto Parts Manufacturer, is seeking a Sales & Performance Specialist (SPS) for the North American market. The SPS will obtain, interpret, format and report on customer & data weekly.

The primary role of the SPS is to use industry trends, performance trends and elements of comparison to help guide the Team in identifying weaknesses in sales strategy and suggest changes to improve results. The SPS will gather data through multiple sources to create reports in order to support sales review, customer business reviews, trends, pricing, and distribution.

Requirements

Key Responsabilities and Tasks
  • Design, implement and develop reporting and analytics solutions;
  • Design, implement and develop data visualizations;
  • Meet with business stakeholders to clarify and document reporting requirements;
  • Develop, publish, schedule reports and dashboards to meet business requirements;
  • Understanding of Power BI application; 1 + years of Power BI development experience;

Category Manager

Summary

Spectra Premium Industries, a leading North American Auto Parts Manufacturer, is seeking a Category Manager (CM) for the North American market. The CM's primary responsibility is to enable Spectra Premium and their customers to grow sales through objective category expertise in order to deliver the best possible distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotional results.

This position will leverage industry data, market trends, customer insights, and other quantifiable sources to implement fact base selling and actionable strategies that drive category growth and profitability. The CM will develop and maintain customer alignment through on-going dialogue with customer category leaders and managers. The CM will also work in concert with internal team leaders to achieve the customer's business strategy including customer penetration, marketing/sales program implementation, operations/promotion financial management and new product development plans and programs.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities
  • Effectively engage the customer to build rapport at all levels, in order to fully understand their business, marketplace and strategies.
  • Identifies industry trends, shopper insights and competitive comparisons to help discover weaknesses in sales strategy and suggest changes to drive customer and Spectra Premium sales.
  • Develops distribution, pricing, promotion, and assortment recommendations aligned to customer and Spectra Premium brand strategies.
  • Identifies issues and opportunities through market analyses and recommend strategic action in collaboration with product development team.
  • Conducts monthly customer category reviews and periodic assessments of category objectives.
  • Manages business intelligence support across categories for all assigned strategic accounts.
  • Generates insightful dashboards that analyze and report on sales, GMROI, POS, and pricing data.
  • Provides forecasting data to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborates with customer and internal sales team to deliver on new product launches and promotions.
  • Effectively executes Spectra Premium pricing strategies for assigned customer categories.
  • Engages customer on shelf performance and strategies, as well as planogram development based on category objectives.
  • Acts as category expert to the Spectra Premium sales team, and establishes category roadmap with sales team at the customer channel level.
  • Provides Sales Team with analytical and technical support to capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace.
  • Provides appropriate training to improve the capability of cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining files and business documentation as directed by Spectra Premium to thoroughly document business transactions with the customer.
  • Manages part number additions, deletions, retentions and rankings.
