Material Handler



This function consists of picking, receiving, shipping and replenishment procedures. Participating in creating and keeping a clean, safe and friendly environment for all personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Picking procedures

  • General knowledge of RF scanners
  • Basic knowledge of JDE operating system
  • Walkie rider, picker, reach truck and forklift certified
  • Housekeeping

  • Knowledge of the working methods used
  • Walkie rider, picker, reach truck and forklift certified
  • Basic computer knowledge (JDE)

National Sales Manager – Heavy Duty & Retail



The National Sales Manager is tasked with repairing, retaining and recruiting Heavy Duty & Retail customers. The NSM executes customer-focused initiatives and is able to articulate progress and figures to management. This individual must have prior experience within the automotive HD aftermarket.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • New customer prospects and meetings
  • Create and deliver presentations
  • Create terms & conditions sheets
  • Analysis Assortment and Pricing Recommendations
  • Close new profitable business
  • Work directly with customers to explore new growth opportunities
  • Provide support and information as needed to the Director of Sales
  • Work with accounting department on business cases to determine new account profitability
  • Provide expense accounts in a timely fashion
  • Track and report on sales/budget KPI’s


  • Bachelor’s degree completed in sales or similar field
  • Minimum of 8 years of management experience
  • Thorough knowledge on Microsoft Applications
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to motivate and lead by example
  • Must be able to effectively conduct meetings and make presentations to major accounts
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a fast-paced environment characterized by frequent deadlines, constant interruptions and complex management decisions
  • Must be quick to assess and solve problems
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality standards
  • Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
  • Must be customer focused and act with integrity at all times when representing the company
