Cooling Fan Assembly

Aftermarket dual cooling fan assembly product shot by Spectra Premium

Also known as a radiator fan, the cooling fan, located between the radiator and the engine, pulls the air through the radiator (and condenser) to increase the air flow, hence the cooling. The cooling fan is activated on demand when the coolant temperature reaches a certain point, particularly if the engine is running in a stationary vehicle (no air flow from vehicle movement).
